All of my training has been going great, I will updated as I change exercises.

Here was today's (did this circuit 10 times)

-Weighted Neutral Grip Pull up x 3

--bent over rear belt fly hold contraction 2 sec at top

--Dip Shrugs x 15

-Neck Harness x 15

 

Then hit the double end bag!
