Felt much better today than I have in four days.  Perhaps it was because I was going "toe to toe" with the next "Great One", my son, Hunter.

Whenever I get the chance to train WITH him, we end up having a blast!  Because instead of "putting in the work" I disguise the work as a game and relate it to overall increase in AWESOME!

That in particular is a mantra in our house.  "Whenever given a choice in life, CHOOSE that which is MORE awesome".

 

We combined all sets with a set of SEVEN push ups today.

Incline DB Chest Press: 10x12x45/ Push ups: 10x7

Flat DB Chest Press: 10x12x55/Push ups: 10x7

Cable Fly: 10x12x50/Push ups: 10x7

Shoulder Crank: 3x7x20  (April took a video, I'll see if I can attach it here) IMG_1120   Hopefully that worked  Push ups: 3x7

"Ys": 3x12/ Push ups: 3x7  I'm amazed how awful these are with only five pounds in each hand.  Important to keep the chin down
