Belt Squats 10 sets of 10--supersetted with 20 leg extensions after 1 set, 6 single leg curls each side after the other in an alternating fashion--next week I will be to my goal weight, each week has gotten much harder--I am going to where a heart rate monitor
Finished off with 4 sets of 6 neck work.
My appetite has gone up substantially. I took my son to the china king buffet and he said "Daddy why are you eating so much?"
The meal was 42 pieces of sushi, 12 raw oysters, 2 pork ribs, 3 bowls of hot and sour soup and some beef pepper steak..................had to stop myself eating literally

No to be sophomoric but you must tell us how all of that food came out (defecation to be more specific). That must have not been pretty...12 raw oysters on top of all that other stuff?!? Wow...
