Simple...Increase in Vitamin D specifically D3 will lower your risk of COVID and if you have it...Get you fixed up quicker.

Vitamin D levels need to be 50+ ng/ml for optimal health during these times.

Sunshine is paramount.  Salmon and other fatty fish along with mushrooms will help.  I'm not a big supplement guy, but in this instance, you might need a boost from some.  5000 IU to 10,000 IU daily is not unheard of.
