Starting to enjoy the training plan that I have in motion. I had not done a box squat with a straight bar in 2015 maybe. The plan was to work up in 2's and 3's and then just set out a feeler in there somewhere. During warm-ups I was struggling with getting the bar set in the right spot on my back so I decided to make a run with something near 700 for reps.

Did some pec stretching and tempering after squats
Bench Press
doubled mini bands and squat bar
189 + bands x 3 x 5 sets
+ OBB Power Handles (25 lbs each) x 3 x 3 (killers!)
Finished off with a ton of tricep, rear delt, lat and abs work to get my pump on. You know...because I need to impress my wife when I arrive home shirtless. Being a Trophy Husband is not easy!
