Concept II Row: 10 mins

Kettlebell Swing: 8x40

DeadLift:

-3 rep max w/ double overhand

-Once the double overhand fails, pull a single with the reciprocating grip for a bit more weight

-Do two more sets adding a little bit each time

 

12" Box Step Ups: 5x6x a 50 lb dumbell in each hand

45 degree Back Extension: 3x12

Ab Wheel: 60 reps
