I have trained and/or been around some of THE strongest people in the world.  But there is nothing to this day that is MORE exciting to see is when a person hits a Milestone.

Today, I had three people give birth to new temporary limits.

Taking "a plate" for the first time.

Breaking the "Two Bills" mark for the first time

and

Surpassing self inflicted limits for the first time

The face to this day STILL gets me excited for their futures.

We Coaches see you where you are going, not where you are at!!!
