I've been dicking around on social media with sarcasm and truths trying to get a reaction.  Come to find out, way too many people look forward to my knuckle-dragging antics and words of wisdom.
After some consideration as to the appropriateness of it here on my Coach's Log, I've determined that, YES...it's quite appropriate.

AirDyne: 30 mins
All Pressing movements are to be done shy of lockout
Slight Incline DB Chest Press: 4x8  Don't touch the chest.  Keep the bar roughly 2" off and don't lockout
Incline Barbell Chest Press: 3x6
Decline DB Chest Press: 3x10
DB Fly: 3x10
AirDyne: Arms only 15 mins
Bike Commute: 28 mins
