This workout was brutal!!!

10 sets of 1 minute straight step-ups heavy 1 minute break

15 sets of 3 reps leg curls (rest 15 sec)

1 minute straight next ext harness x 1 set

1 minute on treadmill at 10.7 MPH

My glutes have never in my life been this sore. I wish I had a heart rate monitor on this session...........felt in an almost zen like trance the rest of the he day
