Added sugar is the single worst ingredient in the modern diet.

Small amounts are fine, but when people eat large amounts, it wreaks havoc on metabolic health.

A high intake of added sugar is linked to numerous diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and many forms of cancer.

Chin ups: 100 reps

Dips: 200 reps

Outdoor Bike: 20 minutes

C/S Row: 120 reps in as few sets as possible.  Men use 105 lbs  Women use 654

BB Curl: 120 reps in as few sets as possible. Men use 75 lbs  Women use 25 lbs

Cable Tricep Pushdown w/ rope attachment: 120 reps in as few sets as possible.  Men use 100 lbs  Women use 50 lbs.
