Take a different route to work

Change your Max effort and Dynamic effort days.

Do 22 pushups instead of 20

Run a mile and half instead of one mile

Burn the city down

Call in well, as in "Well I'm not coming in today"

Take your kid out of school and go to a movie.

This list is endless, but do something DIFFERENT! Quit being so boring.
