Trained Chest with Randy Howard at Strength Beyond in Kalamazoo.
My shoulders have been hurting pretty bad recently and my elbow was acting up today as well, so after a few warm up sets on bench I decided to turn the workout into a lighter "pump" workout and hope that some of the nagging shoulder issues heal up a bit by next week.

Flat bench:
3x10 135lb
2x10 225lb
1x10 315lb (decided to change up the workout after this set)

Flat dumbell:
4x20 100lb dumbells

Incline Hammer:
1x15 3 plates/side
3x12 4 plates/side

Pec Deck:


Nothing special today--just a nice pump
