BB Curl: 40 reps @65 lbs done in 4 sets or less ( Two sets)

BB Preacher curl: 40 reps @55 done in 4 sets or less (three sets)

Shrugs: 40 reps @365 done in 4 sets or less (done in two)

Bike Commute: 20 minutes
