Darn it!  We were in Yosemite for the last few days and I come down with a cold.

I tell people "don't come in if you are sick" because the immune system doesn't know where the stress comes from, it just jumps into gear to combat it.

So if you're sick AND you train, you hit the systems with more stress than necessary.

Today was such a day.

The worst part of it?  I'm a close quarters kind of guy.  I like to hug, invade personal space, and other wise a real pain in the neck.

Not so today.  I didn't want to become Typhoid Harry.  (that's funny)

Temporary inconvenience.  I should be better right about NOW!

 

Front Plank x 1 minute

Push Ups x 10

Air Squat x 20

Forward Lunge w/ forward reach in front of the toes x 20 each leg

All this x 5 rounds as a warm up.

NOTE:  The Front Plank for a minute is the ONLY rest.

 

Anderson Parallel Box Squat:

- Three rep max

Add 10 lbs after a three minute rest and do ONE more rep

 

10" Box Squat: 5 x 10 x 100

GHR: 50 reps
