A couple fellas on my team were having an issue early on in their session.  I made a couple minor adjustments in technique for two of them, and then a boot to the rear end of one and things notched up a gear or two.

The weight was heavy and it moved FAST!

At that point I announced that "it was so good, I have goosebumps from the performance".  That's when Sean said, "Like a Coachgasm?"

YES!  Exactly like that.  I had a Coachgasm!!!

Dynamic Squat: 8x2x335

Dead Lift: 8x1x325 double overhand grip

GHR: 2x25

Barbell Curl: 5x10x65

DB Hammer Curl: 5x10x30

Sprints: 10x50 yards @ 75%

 

Tier II

Squat: 20 reps

Split Squat: 20 reps

Squat: 20 reps

Rear stepping lunge: 20 reps

Jump Squat: 20 reps

Jump Lunge: 20 reps

 

In that order.  6 sets worth

Maintain form

No rest!!!

Sprints: 10x50 yards x 75%
