Walking Lunge: Keep the Combat Chassis tight, and the knee over the ankle while you load the hips into the heels. (that is a good cue)

Concept II Row: 20 minutes and don't slack ass
Bike Commute Home: 17 minutes...I filled my tires with air this morning. Makes so much easier.
