These can also be done with a dumbbell. The main objective on these is to keep your back/ hips from rotating laterally. Keep the table flat! Most of the stress will be on the weighted side leg. - slight bend in the knee - reach hips back - roll the knees out slightly - chest out 3-6x6-12 Keep the weight moderate. The uneven loading will be enough stress to stimulate some growth.
