Day II of feeling better.

I'm continuing with the ab routine that will help me balance out the issues that cause the sciatic nerve to BARK.

Suspended Knee Ups: 3x30

Bosu Sit ups: 3x10

Pull Up Hell: 2x20 reps in each of the five hand positions

C/S Row: 4x8x75

#4 Pin Pull Dead Lift:  20x1x95

Woodchops: 3x10x30

"McGill" Situps: 2x10 on each foot.  These made me cramp so I couldn't do the third set.  As a matter of fact, I was doing my impersonation of turtle on its back.  MAN, those hurt.
