Put a mini or light band around your thumbs then around your back. Do a Tate Press but pause the weight on your chest. This will cause your triceps to have to work harder because there is less stretch reflex available. You’ll feel it grab on and pull right at the elbow when you do this right. I like to keep the dumbbells in contact through the entire movement on these. It helps you flare your elbows more. -
