Grab the blast strap handle and face your palm to the ceiling. Anchor your hand to the top of your head and lean sideways as far as you’re comfortable. Keep your torso straight up and down, try not to lean forward or backward. Stack your feet and squeeze your knees/feet together. Once you’re locked in do 20 deep belly breaths.

4x 20 breaths. No rest just keep alternating sides. These are a good piece of a lower body day warm up.
