- light/ body weight movement
- set your feet at the stance you want to train - get pressure out the side of your feet like pushing your feet out the sides of your shoes - roll over and round your back slightly- don’t go too far
- on the eccentric- EXHALE
- on the concentric- inhale
- to come up, do a ‘crunch’ with your low back or arch the low back
- these should be slow and controlled
- keep them light weight high reps
- I will do these body weight before bed 3x30-50 to push blood in my low back
- with weight 3x20-50
