The mag-handle makes these much harder.
Set up behind the seated row. Bend over so your torso is almost parallel with the floor. When your arms extend let your lats really stretch. Start the row by pulling your shoulder blades back down toward your hips. Then as you row back to your stomach arch your upper body up and pull your elbows back.
