Watch your back bruh! These can be done banded or straight weight. I would use mini bands on this set up as the lights forced me to put my feet further out in front of myself than I wanted. The idea of doing them on the wall is to not allow the hips to displace back. This takes away some of the mechanical advantage and makes the movement harder. Set your feet put your hips against the wall and bend over. Keep your upper back arched and slight bend in Your knee. -
