Hook your toes on the cross bar on the bench foot. Squeeze your knees on the pad. Lay all the way back off the bench to stretch your abs/ hip flexors in the bottom. To sit up; squeeze your knees, flex your hip flexors and push out on your abs and flex them. Keep the dumbbell on your chin!
