Dynamic Bench: 12X3 @50% + two sets of chains per side
OHP: 12x3 @ 50%
Push Ups: 150 reps in as few sets as possible
DB Lateral Raise: 4x12
Front Raise: 4x12@25 lb plate
Shrugs: 4x12 @405
