Most of you know that I came home last Thursday to a family that tested positive for Covid. They looked like hell and sounded worse. FAK! How can the vaccinated get this thing?
So, to be safe, I tested and came up POSITIVE as well. The difficult thing here is for me to understand, I am unvaccinated, un-boosted, have no symptoms, feel fine, and look (well, as good as I can hope to look at my age).
I've stayed out of the gym in hopes of not infecting anyone for the past five days. Hence the reason for no posts, no workouts, nothing.
Although I've been riding my AirDyne and doing sprint work on the field behind my house, only yesterday did I find a way to open the gym and post the workout.
The CrossFit instructor, Chris, has been coming in extra early to train with me before she teaches her class. She has graciously volunteered to scribble the workout on my whiteboard. She's a badass Angel.
I will test again today but will maintain if not negative. Although I feel 100% I don't want to become "Typhoid Harry" and infect anyone that I've grown to know and love.
