Bike Commute: 20 minutes
Low Box Squat/Good Morning Combo
6 rep max
Don't OVERDO this as it will come back and literally bite you in the ass.
From a low set of spotting pins, duck under a SSB Yoke bar.
Arch hard and sit the weight up while staying down on the low box of 12".
Then STAND the weight up as in an acceleration squat.
Return to the low box, then lean forward while maintaining the arch with the elbows INSIDE the spread knees, return the bar to the spotting rails SIX times.
Move up in weight in small increments like 10 and 20 pounds at the beginning and then more like 5 to 10 towards the later sets
PRE should be a conservative 5 or 6
Split Squat: 3x10@45 bar only
GHR: 3x10
AirDyne: 20 minutes
Banter with Mike Smith for an hour (might be the most fun part of the day)
