Run: 2 miles...WHAT a fiasco.  Yes it was 3:30 AM PST and YES, it was freak'n cold (even for California) but I had an epiphany and determined that I need to get back to log'n some distance.  I snapped, crackled and popped like a bowl of Rice Krispies, but I did it.  Day 1
