Dynamic Effort Bench: 10x3x40% w/ mini bands

3 Brd Press for three reps: Mini bands off, add weight until you hit a PRE of 7-8   It should feel light, and very explosive

DB Row: 6x8

Blast Strap Row: 150 reps
