GHR: 5x12 super set with Single Straight Leg Med Ball Toe Touch: 5x5 on each leg. Make sure to reach out in front of your toes to the floor.

KettleBell Swing: 5x12 Progressively widen your stance until you open your hips as wide as possible and maintain the balance. Remember to hip hinge and push the floor apart.

Dynamic Deadlift: 15x1 Using the Hex Bar
