Do to personal reasons...my personality and the things I enjoy, I'll be training this weekend.

But here's the skinny...Training isn't doing the same thing I do everyday.  But I will sweat.  I'll increase something physically.  It might be my flexibility, it might be my stamina, it might be my body composition, it might even be my strength.  But it won't be doing what I always do, because that will only yield what I already have.

Put some fun stuff in your life and you won't be doing a "routine".  Make a weakness a strength and guess what?  You get stronger!

Do something different!  It will be fun

AirDyne: 25 minutes

Squat: 6 rep; PRE=7

16" Box step up: 5x5

GHR: 4x12

Reverse Hyper: 3x12 with a pause

Hip Bridges: 100 reps: Grab your ankles.
