I was getting frustrated yesterday morning with the constant barrage of questions I was receiving.
I thought back to the week prior at my gym and realized how many times I had answered the same question.
Then I thought back to over the year in which I answered the same inquiry many different ways with virtually the same response or responses.
THEN, it occurred to me, "That's my JOB"! From my participants to my own family, my job is to answer and empower them all eventually with the answer to the same or any and all questions that I KNOW the answers to.
Don't get me wrong, I have stated "I don't know" in mass amounts as well, but that wasn't to shut the person up, it was because I was NOT the best resource or qualified to answer that particular question.
Then it dawned on me, if I don't have the patience to participate in this, then WHO?
I don't take anything for granted, and it is only a small adjustment in my own attitude that needs fine tuning.
"when the student is ready, the teacher will appear"
Many ways to learn, which means many ways to teach!!!
Lend a hand to those that WANT it! (that's a subject for a different time)
