I am taking a very aggressive approach to my own personal training this year.  Granted it is only Day 2, but I figure if I can etch out at least 45 minutes per weight training session, I can get back to the intensity that was more to my liking.

This past year, some of my sessions lasted up to 4 hours.  I let too many things distract me.

What I like about this is I can see it applied to all aspects of the game.  I've never been very good at "multi-tasking".  Heck, I even turn down the music in the car when I'm looking for a street or address while driving.
