Being broke leads to being more broke.  You can't pay to have a dental hygienists clean your teeth, then you will need an dentist  to perform root canals later.

You can't pay for proper strength and conditioning?  Later you will be forced to pay or co pay a shit ton more in health care, and medical bills.

That lump?  Yea, you don't get it checked now, guess what Stage 4 Cancer boy/girl?  You're now getting radiation and chemo if you are lucky that you aren't dead!

Hammer Curl: 3x12

Concentration Curl: 3x15

C/S Tricep Kick Back: 3x15

Bike Commute: 22 minutes
