Lat Pulldown: 30 reps done in ONE set @ 150 lbs

Single Leg Toe Touch: 30 reps each foot done in  two sets w/ 2-10 lbs DB

Reverse Hyper: 30 reps @180 lbs done in TWO sets

Suspended Knees to Elbow: 30 reps done in ONE set

C/S Row: 30 reps done in TWO sets

4 way Neck: 30 reps in each position @7.5

Concept II Row: 25 minutes

Bike Commute: 18 minutes

1 mile cool down 'Og
