Today's Team Training:

Run: 5 K

Low Box Squat: 6x6

Men: 175

Women: 125

Then do 30 reps in as few sets as possible.  Most of the Tier I did it in ONE.

 

Single Leg Box Step Ups: 6x10

Kettle Bell Swing: 6x6

Men use TWO 45 lbs kettle bells

Women: One 35 lb KB

Run: 10 minutes

Bike Commute: 18:00

Run: Sprints: 5x100 yards at 60%
