I am serious when I say that I can ignore most things that upset me.  I briefly give those stressful things the attention that is necessary but rarely will I dwell on thing too long.

Compartmentalize things!  Move on!

OHP I  : Dynamic 10x3@ +5 lbs more for women over last week and 10 lbs more for men

OHP II:  Rep Sets 4x10 @ last weeks rep weight

Lat Pulldown: 4x10

Curls: 4x10

Close Grip Push Ups: 4x10

Concept II Rowing: 30 minutes

Run I: 10x10 yards @50%

Run II: 10x50 yards @80%
