Tuesday and our Bench session has turned into "Project Holiday".

Along with most things we do this time of year, "Project Holiday" is geared for that time of year when folks will gain 7-14 lbs of unnecessary weight just because, well...it's festive.

Nope, not the case with me and mine.  We are truly embracing the SUCK, by increased volumes and tempos.

Today we did as a GIANT set:

Incline Bench/Flat Bench/Push ups: 9x9x115 and body weight

Cable Crossover/Push ups: 4x25 and 10 more push ups

DB Shoulder Crank: 4x15x10

Face Pulls: 4x12x60

Shrugs: 4x8x495

4 way neck: 1x15x5.5

Furious bike ride home: 18 minutes

and here it comes...because I really dislike distance running of ANY sort...2.5 miles before I could procrastinate and justify why I shouldn't.

Seems if I just go out and do what I HATE, I get it done faster than if I didn't at all.
