Excuses

Everyone in my program knows that "excuses are useless".  In my opinion of I accept an excuse it's just as bad as giving one.

I don't do it!

AirDyne: 22 minutes

Dynamic Bench w/ Football Bar:

10x3

Cable Fly: 4x20

OHP: 4x10

DB LR: 4x10

DB Rear Delt Raise: 4x10

Side Lateral Abs: 3x10

4 way Neck: 1x10 all four sides

Bike Commute: 18 minutes

Weird looking day.  High temps w/ smoke has this weird tint going on with the sun.  Like a solar eclipse.
