AirDyne: 30 mins.

3 pin pull Dead Lift:

Work up to a PRE of 8-9 while performing 5 reps

Once the weight is established, reduce it by 20% and perform THREE additional sets of 10 reps

 

Reverse Hyper: 3x15

 

Weighted Sit-Ups: 3x8xmoderate weight

Bike Commute: 22 mins.  I had a nice tailwind the entire way home
