I run at 0330 Pacific Time.  I know I have said it over and over that I am up early getting more things done by mistake than most folks plan on in an entire week.

I do it because it makes me feel bad ass.  It gives me the right to smack talk and chirp those who are un-inspired.

I have no patience for the lazy.  Excuses are useless as far as I'm concerned.  You either do it, or you don't!

Today I almost took a nap after the run and was going to post the question, "Has anyone else ever felt like they needed a nap at 4:30 AM?"  Then I realized that most are still fast asleep.

Cozy in their beds. Comfortable!

That's when I remembered what the late GREAT Steve Prefontaine said..."Don't let fatigue make a pussy out of you".

He's right!  You only gain energy by expending it.  You have to move to move more.

You either are up and at 'em, or your not!  Simple!

11:00 AM on my field.  On time, dressed and ready to play!
