Fear is NOT real.  Fear is created by the sum of our thoughts.  However, it is important NOT to confuse DANGER with FEAR, because danger is an entirely different beast.

Bench Press: 4x10 @same weight as last week...55%

C/S Row: 4x10

DB Lateral Raise: 4x10

Curls: 4x10

Skull Crushers: 4x10

Run: 5K easy
