Today's Training:

AirDyne: 30 mins

Hex Bar Deadlift: Work up to a 3 RM  (beat last week's number)

Then do another set of one w/ 10 lbs more

Then a second set with an additional 10 lbs over the last set

Finally, add just five more pounds and pull another single

 

12" Box Step Ups w/ Dumbells: 3x6x50's

45 degree back extension: 4x10

Reverse Hyper: 2x15

 

Bike Commute: 28 mins.
