45 degree back extension: 2x12

Cable Cross Over: 100 reps in as few sets at 40 lbs

D.E. Bench: 10x3x185 + 2 pairs of chains

Incline Hammer Strength Chest Press: 100 reps in as few sets at 70 lbs per side

Face Pulls: 240 reps in as few sets as possible

4 way Neck:
