I was having a conversation this morning with one of my participants when we were going over what I put up on the board for the next couple days of training.
I'm heading to San Diego for a Hockey Tournament that Hunter is in this weekend and I wrote up the next couple of workouts for people to do in my absence.
He said that he'd probably not come in since I wasn't going to be there to "push him". I gave him my patented stare then told him, NO Program will work, unless YOU DO!
Then my shit eating grin and a wink. I'm counting on him to show.

Its good to see thats you're starting to push some heavier weight again! I've followed your log for quite some time and noticed a trend with your pec rehab/prehab and that seems to be very high volume with low intensity slowing ramping back up to where you were. I've been struggling with a pec strain for awhile now and was wondering if you had any other advice in order to correcting this issue?
