I am so DERN excited!!!  I finally put on a "WHEEL" to squat with.  A whole freak'n WHEEL!!!  I used the Mastodon Bar, but in my gym, ALL bars, regardless of weight, weigh 45 lbs.  So I finally did a 135 lbs squat.  Oh yea!

Suspended  Knee ups: 4x15 / GHR: 4x15 and the first 4 sets of 8 reps SQUAT + 1 Axl Dead Lift

BOSU Sit up: 4x12/ and the second 4 sets of 8 rep Squat + 1 Axl Dead Lift

Air Dyne Assault Bike: 8x15 second balls out sprints w/ a 45 second recovery.

Yesterday and the day before I added side stepping turn to forward 50 yard sprints in the afternoon with my boy.

Side shuffle=5 steps, turn and run down the "running back".

This was sort of...no, kind of...NO!  It was fun.  My sciatic nerve felt pretty ok too.  Mind you though, I'm not turning a 4.3 40 yarder either.
