First time for everything

Big Vinny D and I converse on a regular basis about, training, rehab, and general stuff.

He spoke of "Trimming the Fat" and not in body fat sense of the word.  He was telling me to lose some of the fluff exercises.

My only issue is that you have to recondition the commercial way of thinking and that's having to JAM PACK 60 minutes of non stop beatings.

Yea, yea, I know how to train sports teams and those getting ready for their season, but when a Type A person hits those doors in the morning, they want the most bang for their buck so torture is not ruled out.

Every time I reduce the amount of accessory work we do I get asked..."Is that it?"  Nothing tests my patience like those three words.  "Is that it?" No motherfucker that's not it...but it's all for today.  Hell, any monkey can beat the fuck out of someone.  It takes someone with insight to TEACH a person what to do and when to do it.

We got there today!  No one, not one person asked me that question.  How glorious it is when the student becomes the teacher.

I'm not kidding, no one asked.  They knew!!!
