AirDyne: 30 mins
Good Mornings:
Work up to a heavy three reps.
Once you establish the 3 reps wait five minutes and repeat the set.
GHR: 4x8
Use a med ball to add weight for the eccentrics only.
Lower the body EXTREMELY slow, hand the ball off to a partner and spring back up.
Ab Wheel: 4x8 v. mini bands around the wheel
45 degree back extension: 4x25
Conditioning: 15-20 mins continuously
on a Concept II Rower or AirDyne Bike
