I was thinking today about a special gal we sent off to college at Cornell University this fall.  I remember being in Ithaca at this time of year and the bite of winter being just around the corner.  Some of the most applaudable sunsets I have ever seen were right here, and I've been to some exotic places and have seen my fair share of spectacular sunsets.

Soon those evenings will give way to early nights and gray sky.  The chill of -0 will come at you and have you lose your breath from its bitterness.

But remembering all of the horrible storm after storm after storm of a Central New York winter, I would not have traded the experience for any of the beaches I now walk.

The time will pass, that those moments all put together is what makes the special person we ALL become.

Never wish it were Friday, or the next Vacation.  You are wishing your life away.

Embrace EVERYTHING (Smits) and have time slow down.  You aren't molded by things being too soft.  You become who you will be under the pressure of ALL the experiences.

We all miss you, but we can wait a little longer for you to develop. Hahahahaha.
