For The 12th of May 100 minute workout

This was one of our holiday workouts.  It was pretty stink'n hard but very satisfying to finish.

Here's the Goal...

10 Push ups every minute for 100 minutes.

Yes, that's a 1000 push ups.

Here's the thing, I did this with my training partner the day before our Thanksgiving Workout.  We did the 1000 reps in slightly under an hour.  BUT...the pay back was incredible.

All YOU need to do is the 10 push ups.  Everybody can do ten, right?

Now...Push 'em out!
